SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Lewisville ISD Education Foundation Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors to help them in their continued educational journey. Scholarships are awarded based on specific criteria established by donors. These criteria range from academic achievement and community involvement to success outside of academic ranking and career aspirations.

The Knights of Columbus is a world-wide Catholic fraternal charity organization. For the 36th consecutive year, offer four $1000 scholarships to college-bound Catholic seniors.

H-E-B will award 15 high school seniors who participate in UIL competitions with a $2,000 scholarship in recognition of their community service and involvement in their communities. Five students from athletics, five students who compete in music, and five more students who compete in academic events will be selected.
requirements: senior with 3.3 GPA minimum, participated in a UIL competition as his school student and active in community service programs or events, verification letter of service hours.

P.A.C.E. ~ Professional Achievers for Community Excellence. Promoting education by assisting African American females who aspire to attend college and how have a financial need. Awards a one-time $1,500 scholarship. Students selected to receive the awards are required to attend the scholarship luncheon on April 11, 2026, 11:30am.
Requirements: African American female, senior, 2.5 GPA minimum, attending accredited college or university.
Deadline: January 30, 2026 at 11:59pm

The scholarship is awarded on a one-time basis but will be disbursed over the course of the student’s undergraduate education. Should you be chosen to interview for the Door of Opportunity Scholarship, you will be asked to provide information such as high school transcripts, financial aid award letters and tax returns prior to the interview to substantiate your application.

Now in its eighth year, The Growing and Empowering Minds for Success Scholarship has afforded many young students resources to complement and expand their college education plans.

Below, you will find all of the pertinent information and guidelines for successfully completing and submitting your application. Please be sure to read all of the information carefully and fill out the application completely. Failure to do so may result in your application not being considered for the scholarship award. - be incoming freshmen at Texas A&M University College Station for the fall 2026 semester,
- reside/have a permanent address in Denton County, and
- be a May 2026 graduate of a Denton county high school.
