CHILL
is designed
to involve every student on the Marcus High School campus while addressing
individual
needs, enhancing self-esteem, and improving
success. To reach these goals, we will attempt to forge a three-way partnership
among the students, the staff, and the community.
CHILL will take place in between first and second period, dates to be announced.
The primary responsibility of the
community volunteer and staff member is to work closely together to cultivate
positive discussions with each group, while providing a "home base"
for each student.
CHILL meeting dates are Sept.
26, Oct. 31, Nov. 28, Dec. 19, Jan. 30, Feb. 27, Apr. 9, and May 21.
Anyone interested in becoming a CHILL Volunteer should contact Todd Knowles
or Erum Shahzad. Contact
