About
u The Student Council is an organization that is open to any student at Marcus High School who wishes to join and is willing to be involved in the activities of the Council.  Activities of the Student Council include:
   * Activities that promote school spirit and school pride
   * Service activities in our schools and community
   * Homecoming activities
   * Spirit activities during the week of the Battle of the Ax and the Mound Showdown
   * Activities that promote good health and safety and educate our students of the dangers of smoking, drinking, and using drugs
   * Encourage our school community to recycle and educate students concerning the environment and natural resources
   * Provide opportunities for leadership development

Activities
u The Student Council meets every other Wednesday at 8:15am in the new cafeteria.  There are also make-up meetings held during all lunches.
u Check the information board in the S-Hall for dates and times of upcoming events.
